Reuben Dip (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 (16 ounce) jar sauerkraut, drained.
02 - 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened.
03 - 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese.
04 - 2 cups shredded cooked corned beef.
05 - ΒΌ cup thousand island dressing.

Instructions:

01 - In a slow cooker, combine the sauerkraut, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, corned beef, and thousand island dressing.
02 - Cover, and cook on high for 45 minutes if you're in a hurry, or on low for longer if you have more time, or just until hot and the cheese is melted. Stir occasionally while cooking.
03 - Serve with cocktail rye or crackers.
