Ingredients:

8 oz lo mein noodles or spaghetti.

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined.

2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

1 red bell pepper, sliced.

1 green bell pepper, sliced.

1 cup snap peas.
07 -
2 cloves garlic, minced.

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced.

1/4 cup soy sauce.

2 tablespoons oyster sauce.

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce.

1 teaspoon sesame oil.

2 green onions, chopped.

Instructions:

Cook the noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
