Reuben Dip (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound corned beef, chopped.
02 - 8 ounces shredded Swiss cheese.
03 - 14 ounce can sauerkraut, well drained.
04 - 1 cup mayo.
05 - 2/3 cup Thousand Island dressing.
06 - Parsley, for garnish.

Instructions:

01 - Chop the corned beef, shred the Swiss cheese, and drain/press the sauerkraut to remove excess moisture.
02 - Combine the prepped ingredients along with the mayo and Thousand Island dressing in a large mixing bowl. Mix well to incorporate.
03 - Spread the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot, bubbly, and golden brown.
04 - Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy with rye chips or any of your favorite dippers.
