Reuben Dip (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 pound corned beef, chopped.

8 ounces shredded Swiss cheese.

14 ounce can sauerkraut, well drained.

1 cup mayo.

2/3 cup Thousand Island dressing.

Parsley, for garnish.
Instructions:

Chop the corned beef, shred the Swiss cheese, and drain/press the sauerkraut to remove excess moisture.

Combine the prepped ingredients along with the mayo and Thousand Island dressing in a large mixing bowl. Mix well to incorporate.

Spread the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot, bubbly, and golden brown.

Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy with rye chips or any of your favorite dippers.
