Cocktail, Rainbow, Pineapple Juice, Coconut Rum, Blue Curaçao, Grenadine (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 4 ounces pineapple juice.
02 - 2 ounces Malibu Coconut Rum.
03 - 1 ounce grenadine.
04 - 1 ounce blue curaçao.
05 - 1 ounce water.
06 - Crushed ice.

Instructions:

01 - Pour 1 ounce of grenadine into a hurricane glass to form the base red layer.
02 - Fill the glass with crushed ice or small ice cubes.
03 - In a separate cup or shot glass, mix 4 ounces of pineapple juice with 2 ounces of Malibu Coconut Rum.
04 - Slowly pour the pineapple juice and coconut rum mixture into the hurricane glass, creating the yellow layer above the grenadine.
05 - In another cup, combine 1 ounce of blue curaçao with 1 ounce of water.
06 - Hold a spoon against the side of the glass and gently pour the blue curaçao mixture over the spoon to create the top blue layer.
07 - Add a lemon or orange slice to the rim of the glass for a decorative touch.
