Key Lime Pie (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups sweetened condensed milk.
02 - ¾ cup key lime juice.
03 - ½ cup sour cream.
04 - 1 tablespoon grated lime zest.
05 - 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Combine condensed milk, key lime juice, sour cream, and lime zest in a bowl; mix well.
03 - Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust; place the pie on a baking sheet.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 5 to 8 minutes, until tiny pinhole bubbles burst on the surface of the pie. The filling will be wobbly but not browned.
05 - Transfer the pie to a wire rack to cool, then thoroughly chill the pie in the refrigerator before serving, about 1 hour.
06 - Garnish with lime slices and whipped cream, if desired.
