No Bake Snickers Pie (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1-½ Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs.
02 - ¼ Cup Granulated Sugar.
03 - 6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Melted.
04 - 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened.
05 - 1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter.
06 - ½ Cup Powdered Sugar.
07 - 1 (3.4oz) Box Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix.
08 - 1-½ Cups Heavy Whipping Cream.
09 - 8 ounces Frozen Whipped Topping, softened, divided.
10 - 1 Cup Chopped Snickers Bar Candy + Extra to decorate.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F.
02 - Add the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter to a small bowl and mix well using a spoon.
03 - Press the mixture into a 9" round pie dish. Use your fingers or the back of a flat measuring cup to press it evenly.
04 - Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove and allow to cool completely.
05 - In the bowl of your stand mixer, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until creamy and well combined.
06 - Add the pudding mix and continue mixing.
07 - Slowly pour in the heavy whipping cream while the mixer is on low speed.
08 - Add 4 ounces (half) of the whipped topping and fold it in using a spatula.
09 - Fold in 1 cup of chopped Snickers Bar candy.
10 - Spoon the mixture into the cooled pie crust and smooth out using an offset spatula.
11 - Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
12 - Remove the plastic wrap and decorate with the remaining whipped topping and extra chopped Snickers Bars.
