Halloween Desserts (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Oreo cookies, crushed.

1/4 cup granulated sugar.

6 tablespoons melted butter.

12 ounces cream cheese, softened.

1/2 cup granulated sugar.

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour.

1/2 cup sour cream.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

2 large eggs.

Gel icing colors (yellow and orange).

1 cup heavy cream.
12 -
2 tablespoons granulated sugar.

Optional: little ghost decorations and candy corn.
Instructions:

Prepare cupcake pan with liners and spray with nonstick spray.

Mix crushed Oreos, sugar, and melted butter. Divide among cupcake liners and bake for 5 minutes.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, sour cream, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix well.

Divide filling into three bowls. Color one yellow, one orange, and leave one white.

Layer fillings in cupcake liners: yellow, orange, then white.

Bake cheesecakes and cool completely.

Whip heavy cream with sugar until stiff peaks form. Top cheesecakes with whipped cream.

Decorate with ghost decorations and candy corn if desired.
