Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan and chill while preparing the filling.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract. Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set. Remove and cool completely.
