Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup brown sugar.
02 - 1 cup water.
03 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.
04 - 1/4 tsp sea salt.
05 - 2 shots espresso.
06 - 1/4-1/2 cup oat milk.
07 - Ice.

Instructions:

01 - Combine brown sugar, water, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan. Let it simmer for 10 minutes while stirring occasionally. Set aside the syrup in a jar for immediate or later use.
02 - Prepare a double shot of espresso or brew a similar amount of strong coffee.
03 - Fill a shaker with ice, pour in the espresso, and add the brown sugar syrup to taste. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously until you achieve a frothy consistency.
04 - Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the shaken espresso mixture over it.
05 - Finish with cold oat milk, optionally frothing it beforehand for added texture.
06 - Stir the drink well and relish the chilled caffeinated delight!.
