Ice Cream Piña Colada (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 oz light rum.
02 - 1 oz coconut cream.
03 - 4 oz pineapple juice.
04 - 1 cup crushed ice.
05 - 1 scoop vanilla ice cream.
06 - Chocolate sauce, for drizzling.
07 - Whipped cream, for topping.
08 - Maraschino cherry, for garnish.
09 - Pineapple slice, for garnish.

Instructions:

01 - In a blender, combine the light rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
02 - Pour the blended piña colada mixture into a tall glass.
03 - Gently float a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the piña colada mixture.
04 - Drizzle chocolate sauce over the ice cream and around the glass. Add a generous amount of whipped cream on top.
05 - Place a maraschino cherry on top of the whipped cream and garnish with a slice of pineapple on the rim of the glass.
06 - Serve immediately with a straw and a spoon, and enjoy your decadent Ice Cream Sundae Piña Colada!.
