Strawberry Gummies (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped.
02 - 1/2 cup water.
03 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
04 - 2 tablespoons honey.
05 - 3 tablespoons gelatin powder.
06 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating).

Instructions:

01 - In a blender, combine strawberries, water, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
02 - Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat.
03 - Stir in honey and continue to heat until the mixture is warm but not boiling.
04 - Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the mixture, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
05 - Continue to stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
06 - Pour the mixture into a silicone mold or a lined baking dish.
07 - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
08 - Once set, remove the gummies from the mold and cut them into bite-sized pieces if necessary.
09 - Roll the gummies in granulated sugar to coat them lightly.
10 - Store the gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
