Ingredients:

1 15.25oz box Devil's Food cake mix.

3/4 cups water.

1/2 cup vegetable oil.

3 eggs.

1 4-serving box chocolate fudge instant pudding.

2 16 oz tubs vanilla cake icing.

Orange food coloring gel.

Edible black glitter.

Powdered sugar.

Black licorice.

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

In a large mixer bowl, combine the Devil's food cake mix, water, vegetable oil, eggs, and pudding mix. Beat on medium until well blended.

For larger Whoopie Pies, scoop 18 evenly sized portions of the batter onto a Silpat-lined baking sheet, shaping them into rounds. For smaller Whoopie Pies, make 36 batter circles.

Bake for 7-10 minutes, depending on the size of the pies. Let them cool completely before decorating.

Mix the vanilla icing with orange food coloring gel until the desired shade is reached.

Pipe the orange icing onto the flat side of one Whoopie Pie cake, then top with a second cake.

Sprinkle edible black glitter over the tops.

Optional: Decorate the Whoopie Pies with stencils using powdered sugar, or create Whoopie Pie spiders by adding black licorice legs and candy eyes.
