Chicken, Potatoes, Garlic Parmesan, Easy Recipe, Dinner (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 chicken breasts.
02 - 4–5 small/medium-sized potatoes.
03 - Olive oil.
04 - Salt.
05 - Pepper.
06 - Garlic powder.
07 - Paprika (for potatoes).
08 - 2 tablespoons butter.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
11 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
12 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
13 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
14 - 2 tablespoons minced garlic.
15 - Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce.
16 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

Instructions:

01 - Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes. Toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
02 - Cook the seasoned potatoes in an air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking them a couple of times during cooking to ensure even crisping.
03 - Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes. Season the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper, and 1 teaspoon each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
04 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
05 - Stir in the minced garlic and Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce, coating the chicken thoroughly.
06 - Once the potatoes are done, add them to the skillet with the chicken and sauce. Toss to coat everything evenly. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Either cover the skillet with a lid until the cheese melts or broil in the oven until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
