Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 lbs (680g) sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes.
02 - Salt and pepper, to taste.
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
04 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided.
05 - 6 cloves garlic, minced.
06 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves.
07 - 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves, chopped.
08 - 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped.
09 - 1 tablespoon butter.
10 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
11 - 1 cup heavy cream.
12 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese.
13 - Salt and pepper, to taste.
14 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.

Instructions:

01 - Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Once the butter has melted, add the steak in a single layer.
03 - Cook the steak bites for about 3-4 minutes, turning to brown all sides until they reach the desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, and parsley, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
05 - Return the steak bites to the skillet, toss to coat them in the garlic herb butter, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
06 - In a separate skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
07 - Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
08 - Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir occasionally.
09 - Add the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
10 - Season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly.
11 - Pour the Parmesan cream sauce over the steak bites in the skillet or serve it on the side as a dipping sauce. Garnish with additional parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
