Taco Salad (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef.

1 packet taco seasoning.
03 -
4 cups shredded lettuce.
04 -
2 cups Fritos corn chips.
05 -
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed.
06 -
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved.
07 -
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
08 -
1/2 cup diced red onion.
09 -
1 cup Catalina dressing.
Instructions:

Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions. Set aside to cool slightly.

In a large serving bowl, layer the shredded lettuce.

Add layers of Fritos, kidney beans, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, and red onion.

Spread the cooked ground beef evenly over the layered vegetables.
05 -
Pour Catalina dressing over the salad.

Toss gently to combine all ingredients.

Serve immediately and enjoy!.
