Fried S’mores Bombs (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 10 large marshmallows.
02 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
03 - 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs.
04 - 1 cup pancake mix.
05 - 1/2 cup water.
06 - Vegetable oil for frying.
07 - Powdered sugar for dusting (optional).

Instructions:

01 - Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large, deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Make a small slit in each marshmallow and fill it with a few chocolate chips.
03 - Roll the stuffed marshmallows in graham cracker crumbs, pressing gently to ensure they stick.
04 - In a small bowl, mix the pancake mix and water until smooth and well combined.
05 - Dip each graham cracker-coated marshmallow into the pancake batter, making sure it is fully coated.
06 - Carefully place the battered marshmallows into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
07 - Remove the fried s’mores bombs with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
