Potato Soup (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons Butter.
02 - 1 pound Ground beef.
03 - 1 cup Onion, chopped.
04 - 1 cup Carrot, diced.
05 - 1 cup Potatoes, diced.
06 - 1/2 cup Green pepper or Celery (optional), chopped.
07 - 1 cup Tomato juice.
08 - 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt.
09 - 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper.
10 - 1 teaspoon Seasoned salt.
11 - 4 cups Milk, divided.
12 - 1/3 cup Flour.

Instructions:

01 - Melt Butter, brown meat, add onion and cook until transparent.
02 - Stir in remaining ingredients, except for flour and milk. Cover and cook over low heat until veggies are tender (20-25 minutes).
03 - Combine flour with 1 cup of milk, stir mixture into soup and bring to a boil.
04 - Add rest of milk stirring often, do not boil.
