Barbecue Ribs (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups barbecue sauce (your favorite).
02 - 2 tbsp brown sugar.
03 - 3 cloves garlic, freshly minced.
04 - 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce.
05 - 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional).
06 - 4 to 5 pounds baby back ribs.

Instructions:

01 - In a ziplock bag, pour in the barbecue sauce.
02 - Add in the brown sugar, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper (if using).
03 - Seal the bag and use your hands to knead the bag, mixing the sauce ingredients together well.
04 - Open the bag and place the ribs inside.
05 - Close the bag again and shake to coat the ribs completely in the sauce.
06 - Spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick spray.
07 - Open the bag and transfer the ribs to the crockpot.
08 - Pour 3/4 of the sauce from the bag into the crockpot, making sure to cover the ribs with the sauce.
09 - Cook on high for 4-5 hours for tender, fall-off-the-bone meat, or on low for 9 hours for very tender ribs.
10 - For ribs that stay slightly on the bone, cook on low for 7 hours.
11 - Serve with extra sauce on the side for those who want more.

01 - Prep Time: 10 minutes.
02 - Cook Time: 4-9 hours (depending on heat setting).
03 - Total Time: 4-9 hours.
04 - Servings: 4-6.
