Crispy Fish With Dipping Sauce (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 500g white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia).
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
06 - Salt and pepper to taste.
07 - 1 cup buttermilk.
08 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs.
09 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
10 - Vegetable oil for frying.
11 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
12 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
13 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
14 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional).

Instructions:

01 - In a shallow dish, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
02 - Dip each fish fillet into the buttermilk, then coat with the seasoned flour mixture. Dip the fillets in buttermilk again, followed by a coating in the panko-Parmesan mixture.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown. Place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
04 - In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and fresh dill (if using) to make the dipping sauce. Season to taste.
05 - Serve the crispy fish alongside the dipping sauce for a delicious and easy seafood meal.
