Creamy Ricotta Beef Stuffed Shells Pasta (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 12 large pasta shells.
02 - 1 lb ground beef (or turkey).
03 - 1 cup ricotta cheese.
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus more for topping).

07 - 2 cloves garlic (minced).

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
03 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, cooking until fragrant. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
04 - In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and the egg. Mix until well combined.
