Chicken Rotini (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz Velveeta.
02 - 1 can cream of chicken.
03 - 1 can of milk (use the soup can).
04 - 1 can of Rotel.
05 - 1 box of Rotini noodles.
06 - 1 lb of chicken.

Instructions:

01 - Cook 1 lb of chicken in a skillet until fully cooked.
02 - In a separate pot, melt 16 oz of Velveeta, 1 can of cream of chicken, 1 can of milk (using the soup can), and 1 can of Rotel over medium heat, stirring frequently.
03 - In another pot, cook the Rotini noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
04 - Once the cheese mixture is fully melted and smooth, add the cooked chicken and drained Rotini noodles. Stir until well combined.
05 - Serve immediately for a delicious, creamy dish.

Notes:

01 - This dish is best served hot.
02 - The Rotel adds a nice kick, but you can use mild if you prefer less spice.
