Sautéed Mushrooms (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds white button mushrooms, cleaned.
02 - Double recipe of cowboy butter.
03 - Salt, to taste.

Instructions:

01 - To a large skillet over medium heat, add the cowboy butter. Allow the butter to melt completely.
02 - Add the cleaned white button mushrooms to the skillet. Stir to coat the mushrooms evenly with the butter.
03 - Cook the mushrooms, stirring occasionally, for about 20-22 minutes, or until they are tender and have developed a nice golden color.
04 - Season with salt to taste, and serve hot.
