Sautéed Mushrooms (Print Version)
Ingredients:

2 pounds white button mushrooms, cleaned.

Double recipe of cowboy butter.

Salt, to taste.
Instructions:

To a large skillet over medium heat, add the cowboy butter. Allow the butter to melt completely.

Add the cleaned white button mushrooms to the skillet. Stir to coat the mushrooms evenly with the butter.

Cook the mushrooms, stirring occasionally, for about 20-22 minutes, or until they are tender and have developed a nice golden color.

Season with salt to taste, and serve hot.
