Instructions:

Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing the sides to hang over the edge for easy fudge removal.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract. If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring and stir until evenly mixed for a Christmas-themed hue.
