Chicken Buttered Noodles (Print Version)
Ingredients:

500 g chicken breasts, cut into pieces.

Salt and pepper, to taste.

250 g pasta noodles.

4 tablespoons butter.

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped.

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.

Lemon slices for garnish (optional).
Instructions:

Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

While the chicken is cooking, cook the noodles in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain the noodles and set aside.

In the same skillet used for the chicken, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in the chopped parsley and cook for another minute.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the butter and garlic mixture. Toss to coat the noodles evenly. Place the cooked chicken pieces on top of the noodles.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken and noodles. Garnish with lemon slices if desired. Serve hot and enjoy this delicious Chicken with Buttered Noodles.
