Cheesy Sausage Egg Breakfast Rolls (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb Ground sausage.
02 - 6 Eggs.
03 - 1 Pack of egg wraps.
04 - 2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded.
05 - 1 block Cream cheese.
06 - 1 cup Green onions, chopped.
07 - ¼ cup Sour cream.
08 - 1 Jalapeño, diced.
09 - 1 tbsp Hot sauce.
10 - 1 tbsp Garlic powder.
11 - 1 tbsp Onion powder.

Instructions:

01 - Cook the ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
02 - Scramble the eggs in a separate pan until they are just cooked through.
03 - In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, green onions, sour cream, jalapeño, hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
04 - Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to help it firm up.
05 - Lay out the egg wraps and fill each with the sausage and egg mixture. Roll the wraps tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
06 - Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the rolls for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
07 - Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels before serving.

Notes:

01 - These breakfast rolls are perfect for meal prep and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
02 - For a spicier option, add extra diced jalapeño or hot sauce to the filling mixture.
