Tater Tot Casserole (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 8 hot dogs, cut into 1/2-inch slices.
02 - 2 (15-ounce) cans chili (either with or without beans).
03 - 3/4 cup ketchup.
04 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
05 - 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.
07 - 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided.
08 - 1 (28-ounce) bag frozen tater tots.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
02 - In a large bowl, combine sliced hot dogs, chili, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
03 - Transfer mixture to prepared pan.
04 - Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups cheese on top.
05 - Spread tater tots on top of cheese layer.
06 - Bake for 30 minutes.
07 - Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese on top and bake another 10 minutes.
