Cheesy Baked Asparagus (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 lb. asparagus, stalks trimmed.
02 - 3/4 cup heavy cream.
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - Kosher salt.
05 - Freshly ground black pepper.
06 - 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan.
07 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella.
08 - Red pepper flakes, for garnish (optional).

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Place the trimmed asparagus in a 9'x13' baking dish. Pour the heavy cream over the asparagus and scatter the minced garlic on top.
03 - Generously season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
04 - Sprinkle the freshly grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella over the asparagus. If you like a bit of heat, add red pepper flakes to taste.
