Brownie-Pie (Print Version)
Ingredients:

6 Tbsp butter.

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided.

3 eggs.

1 cup sugar.

1 tsp vanilla extract.

1/2 cup flour.

1/4 tsp baking powder.

1/4 tsp salt.

1 ready pie crust.
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie plate or a 9-inch springform pan.

In a heat-safe bowl, melt together the butter and 2 cups of chocolate chips until smooth, using a double boiler or microwave at 50% power in 30-second intervals. Allow it to cool.

In an electric mixer, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, approximately 3 minutes.

Mix in the cooled chocolate mixture until well combined.

Fold in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Stir in the remaining 1 cup of chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared pie crust. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the center is puffed, and the top may crack.
