Brown Sugar Pork Chops (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 4 thick 1-inch pork chops.
02 - 4 tbsp brown sugar, packed.
03 - 4 tbsp butter.
04 - 1 tbsp soy sauce.
05 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.

Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to preheat to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a large oiled baking pan, lay your pork chops.
03 - Add one tbsp of brown sugar on each piece of meat.
04 - Next, add a square tbsp of butter on each pork chop as well.
05 - Lastly, drizzle both the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce over the pork chops.
06 - Using tinfoil, cover the pork chops and bake for 40 minutes in the oven.
07 - After 40 minutes, remove the tinfoil and continue to bake for another 20 minutes.
08 - The pork chops will be golden brown when done.
