Brown Sugar Pork Chops (Print Version)
Ingredients:

4 thick 1-inch pork chops.

4 tbsp brown sugar, packed.
03 -
4 tbsp butter.
04 -
1 tbsp soy sauce.
05 -
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
Instructions:

Set your oven to preheat to 350°F (175°C).

In a large oiled baking pan, lay your pork chops.

Add one tbsp of brown sugar on each piece of meat.

Next, add a square tbsp of butter on each pork chop as well.

Lastly, drizzle both the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce over the pork chops.

Using tinfoil, cover the pork chops and bake for 40 minutes in the oven.

After 40 minutes, remove the tinfoil and continue to bake for another 20 minutes.

The pork chops will be golden brown when done.
