Big Mac Tacos (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (preferably 80% lean, 20% fat).
02 - Salt and pepper, to taste.
03 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
04 - 2 tablespoons ketchup.
05 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard.
06 - 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish.
07 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
11 - 6 small flour tortillas.
12 - 1 cup shredded lettuce.
13 - 1/2 cup finely chopped onions.
14 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
15 - Dill pickle slices.
16 - Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish).

Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well until smooth. Set aside.
02 - Divide the ground beef into 6 equal portions and roll them into balls. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Place a ball of ground beef on the skillet and smash it down with a spatula to form a thin patty. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through. Repeat with the remaining ground beef balls.
03 - Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable. Spread a generous amount of special sauce on each tortilla. Place a cooked burger patty on each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, finely chopped onions, shredded cheddar cheese, and dill pickle slices. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for a true Big Mac feel (optional).
04 - Serve the Big Mac-style smash burger tacos immediately with extra special sauce on the side.
