Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This ensures your oven is at the perfect temperature when you’re ready to bake the potatoes.

Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Peeling is optional; leaving the skin on adds extra texture and nutrients. Cut the potatoes into even-sized chunks, about 1-2 inches thick. This ensures they cook evenly.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Add the potato chunks to the bowl and toss them well to ensure they are evenly coated with the garlic butter mixture.
