Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.

In a large bowl, whisk together both flours, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt.

Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter or your hands until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
