Oven Baby Back Ribs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 rack baby back ribs.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 3 tablespoons BBQ seasoning.
04 - 1/4 cup BBQ sauce.
05 - 4 tablespoons honey.

# Instructions:

01 - Begin by inspecting ribs and trimming any excess fat or bone fragments from the rack.
02 - Carefully remove membrane from back of ribs if desired, using paper towel to grip.
03 - Cut between bones to separate ribs into individual portions for even cooking.
04 - Coat ribs thoroughly with olive oil in large bowl, then add BBQ seasoning and toss well.
05 - Arrange seasoned ribs on wire rack set over baking tray for air circulation.
06 - Place in preheated 350°F oven and cook for approximately 90 minutes, flipping halfway.
07 - Monitor internal temperature until ribs reach 175-185°F in thickest parts.
08 - Remove from oven and brush generously with BBQ sauce, then drizzle with honey on both sides.
09 - Return to oven and broil briefly, watching carefully and flipping as needed.
10 - Cook until internal temperature reaches 200°F for perfect tenderness.
11 - Let rest several minutes before serving to retain juices.
