Breakfast, Grilled Cheese, Quick Recipe (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 slices of bread (your choice).
02 - 1 ripe avocado, sliced.
03 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded.
04 - 1 tomato, sliced.
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
06 - Salt and pepper to taste.
07 - Fresh basil leaves (optional).

Instructions:

01 - Warm a skillet over moderate heat and coat one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
02 - On the non-oiled side, arrange the avocado slices, mozzarella, and tomato slices. Add salt and pepper.
03 - Place the other slice of bread on top, ensuring the oiled side is facing up.
04 - Fry each side for 2-3 minutes until both are browned and cheese becomes gooey and delightful.
05 - Optionally, embellish with fresh basil, then cut and serve while still hot.
