Breakfast, Grilled Cheese, Quick Recipe (Print Version)
Ingredients:

2 slices of bread (your choice).

1 ripe avocado, sliced.

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded.

1 tomato, sliced.

1 tablespoon olive oil.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Fresh basil leaves (optional).
Instructions:

Warm a skillet over moderate heat and coat one side of each bread slice with olive oil.

On the non-oiled side, arrange the avocado slices, mozzarella, and tomato slices. Add salt and pepper.

Place the other slice of bread on top, ensuring the oiled side is facing up.

Fry each side for 2-3 minutes until both are browned and cheese becomes gooey and delightful.

Optionally, embellish with fresh basil, then cut and serve while still hot.
