Tortellini Alfredo (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb cheese tortellini.
02 - 1 lb chicken breast, grilled and sliced.
03 - 2 cups heavy cream.
04 - 1 cup grated Asiago cheese.
05 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
06 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter.
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish).

Instructions:

01 - Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
03 - Stir in the heavy cream, Asiago cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
04 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
05 - Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
06 - Serve the Asiago tortellini Alfredo in bowls, topped with the grilled chicken slices and chopped parsley.
