Tortellini Alfredo (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 lb cheese tortellini.

1 lb chicken breast, grilled and sliced.

2 cups heavy cream.

1 cup grated Asiago cheese.

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.

1/4 cup unsalted butter.

2 cloves garlic, minced.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish).
Instructions:

Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Stir in the heavy cream, Asiago cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
