# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (175g) white chocolate chips
02 - 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
03 - 2 tablespoons blueberry jam or puree
04 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)

→ Coating

06 - 1 1/2 cups (265g) white chocolate chips or candy melts
07 - 1 teaspoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening (optional)

→ Optional Garnish

08 - Crushed freeze-dried blueberries
09 - Blue and white sprinkles
10 - Edible glitter

# Instructions:

01 - Microwave white chocolate and cream in 20-second increments until melted. Stir in blueberry jam, vanilla, and optional lemon zest.
02 - Cover and refrigerate filling 1-2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
03 - Form chilled mixture into 1-inch balls and place on lined baking sheet. Freeze 30 minutes.
04 - Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in microwave in 20-second increments until smooth.
05 - Coat each truffle in melted white chocolate, tapping off excess. Place on parchment paper.
06 - Quickly sprinkle with toppings before chocolate sets. Let set at room temperature or refrigerate 10-15 minutes.
