Wellness Boosting Immunity Shot (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Core Ingredients

01 - 4 cloves garlic, smashed
02 - 2 lemons, juiced
03 - 2 oranges, peeled
04 - 2 inches fresh ginger, chopped
05 - 2 inches fresh turmeric, chopped (or 2 teaspoons ground)

→ Liquid Components

06 - 1/4 cup raw honey
07 - 1/4 cup coconut water or regular water
08 - 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)

→ Spices

09 - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
10 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
11 - 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Smash garlic cloves with the side of a knife and add to blender. Let sit for 10 minutes to oxidize.
02 - Juice the lemons and add to blender. Peel oranges and add the segments.
03 - Add all remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
04 - Strain through a fine mesh strainer, pressing solids with back of spoon to extract maximum liquid.

# Notes:

01 - One serving is approximately 3 tablespoons
02 - Can be frozen in ice cube trays for future use
03 - For children, use half serving diluted with water and extra honey
04 - Take several times per week for maintenance, daily for 4-5 days when feeling unwell
