Peanut Butter Mousse (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Vegan cream cheese, softened (1/3 cup).
02 - Smooth peanut butter (3/4 cup).
03 - Maple syrup (3 tablespoons).
04 - Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon).
05 - Salt (1/4 teaspoon).
06 - Store-bought vegan whipped cream (1 1/2 cups plus more for topping).
07 - Cacao powder (1/4 cup).
08 - Maple syrup for ganache (1/4 cup).
09 - Coconut oil, melted (1/4 cup).
10 - Vanilla extract for ganache (1/2 teaspoon).
11 - Salt for ganache (pinch).
12 - Chocolate shavings for topping.
13 - Crushed peanuts for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Whip cream cheese, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla and salt until smooth and creamy.
02 - Beat in vegan whipped cream on medium for 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
03 - Whisk together cacao, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
04 - Layer mousse in jars with optional chocolate ganache. Top with whipped cream and garnishes.
