Two Ingredient Lemon Bars (Print Version)

Bright, fluffy lemon bars using cake mix and pie filling. Quick to make with just two ingredients.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box (approximately 430 g) angel food or yellow cake mix
02 - 1 can (425 g) lemon pie filling

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend the angel food or yellow cake mix with the lemon pie filling until the mixture is smooth and evenly incorporated.
02 - Grease a 33 x 23 cm baking dish with nonstick spray or a thin layer of oil.
03 - Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bars are set at the center.
04 - Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan. Dust with powdered sugar if desired. Slice into squares before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For a brighter lemon flavor, add finely grated lemon zest to the mixture before baking.
