Wholesome combination of tuna, avocado, eggs, and greens in a flavorful, protein-rich wrap.

# Ingredients:

→ Wrap Base

01 - 1 whole wheat or low-carb tortilla

→ Protein and Filling

02 - 1 can (140 g) tuna, drained
03 - 1–2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

→ Vegetables

04 - 1/2 ripe avocado, diced
05 - 1 cup (30 g) chopped romaine lettuce or spinach

→ Seasoning and Condiments

06 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste
09 - Optional: dash of hot sauce or Dijon mustard

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, gently combine tuna, diced avocado, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. If desired, incorporate a small amount of Dijon mustard or hot sauce for added flavor.
02 - Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface. Distribute the romaine lettuce or spinach evenly over the tortilla. Spoon the tuna and avocado mixture on top, then arrange the egg slices over the filling.
03 - Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly. Slice the wrap in half for serving.
