Tuna Avocado Boats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Ripe avocados (2).
02 - Canned tuna, drained (5 oz).
03 - Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (2 tablespoons).
04 - Dijon mustard (1 teaspoon).
05 - Fresh lemon juice (1 tablespoon).
06 - Salt and pepper to taste.
07 - Chopped celery (2 tablespoons, optional).
08 - Diced red onion (1 tablespoon, optional).
09 - Fresh herbs for garnish (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Cut avocados in half, remove pits and scoop out some flesh for filling.
02 - Combine tuna, mayo, mustard, lemon juice and seasonings in bowl.
03 - Stir in optional celery, onion or other add-ins if using.
04 - Pack tuna mixture into avocado halves.
05 - Top with optional herbs, olives, tomatoes or paprika.

# Notes:

01 - Can use Greek yogurt instead of mayo.
02 - Assemble just before serving.
03 - Customizable with different mix-ins.
