Triple Peanut Butter Cookies (Print Version)

Loaded with Reese’s Pieces and creamy peanut butter for an irresistible, chewy peanut butter dessert.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough Base

01 - 113 grams unsalted butter, softened
02 - 100 grams light brown sugar
03 - 50 grams granulated sugar
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 190 grams creamy peanut butter
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Dry Ingredients

07 - 155 grams all-purpose flour
08 - 1 teaspoon baking soda

→ Mix-ins

09 - 227 grams mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
10 - 150 grams mini Reese's Pieces

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - Combine softened butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat until light and creamy.
03 - Add the egg, creamy peanut butter, and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture. Mix until thoroughly blended.
04 - Scrape down the sides of the bowl, then add all-purpose flour and baking soda. Mix on low speed until just combined.
05 - With a spatula, gently fold in mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and mini Reese's Pieces evenly throughout the dough.
06 - Using a medium cookie scoop, portion dough into evenly sized balls and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
07 - Press a few extra mini Reese's Pieces onto the top of each portioned dough ball for decoration.
08 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the edges have turned golden brown.
09 - Allow cookies to rest on the baking sheet for several minutes until set, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
