Tremendous Cheesy Pepperoni Stromboli (Print Version)

Golden, cheese-filled stromboli packed with pepperoni and Italian seasoning, perfect for sharing.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough and Fillings

01 - 1 prepared pizza dough, rolled into a 30x40 cm rectangle
02 - 130 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
03 - 60 grams pepperoni, sliced
04 - 25 grams Parmesan cheese, finely grated
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend

→ Finishing and Serving

06 - 1 large egg, beaten
07 - 120 millilitres marinara sauce, for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 190°C to ensure even baking temperature.
02 - Roll pizza dough into a 30x40 cm rectangle on a lightly floured surface, maintaining even thickness.
03 - Distribute shredded mozzarella cheese evenly across the dough, leaving a 2.5 cm border. Arrange sliced pepperoni over the mozzarella.
04 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan and Italian seasoning evenly over the pepperoni layer.
05 - Tightly roll the dough from the long side, tucking in the ends as you go. Ensure seam is on the underside.
06 - Place rolled dough seam-side down on a greased baking tray. Brush surface with beaten egg for a glossy, golden finish.
07 - Cut small diagonal slits along the top to allow steam to escape during baking.
08 - Bake in preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbling.
09 - Cool for several minutes before slicing into portions. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
