Put the eggs in a bowl and gently beat them with a fork. In another bowl, mix the bread crumbs and seasoning.

Take a frozen ravioli and dip it in the beaten eggs, then coat it with the bread crumb mixture. Repeat for all raviolis.

Grease the air fryer basket lightly with oil spray. Place the breaded raviolis in a single layer. Spray with oil on top, then load the basket into the air fryer. Set to 350°F and cook for 14 minutes, flipping them halfway and spraying with additional oil. Cook until golden brown on both sides.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with oil. Place the breaded raviolis on the sheet in a single layer, then spray with oil on top. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes, flip them, spray more oil, and bake for another 5-6 minutes until toasted.

Remove the cooked ravioli promptly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and herbs. Serve warm with marinara or other dipping sauce.
