Toasted Ravioli Airfryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 bag frozen cheese ravioli
02 - 2 eggs
03 - 2 cups Panko style bread crumbs
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - ½ teaspoon salt and black pepper
06 - 1 Tablespoon oil or oil spray
07 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1 Tablespoon dry or fresh herbs like parsley or basil

# Instructions:

01 - Put the eggs in a bowl and gently beat them with a fork. In another bowl, mix the bread crumbs and seasoning.
02 - Take a frozen ravioli and dip it in the beaten eggs, then coat it with the bread crumb mixture. Repeat for all raviolis.
03 - Grease the air fryer basket lightly with oil spray. Place the breaded raviolis in a single layer. Spray with oil on top, then load the basket into the air fryer. Set to 350°F and cook for 14 minutes, flipping them halfway and spraying with additional oil. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
04 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with oil. Place the breaded raviolis on the sheet in a single layer, then spray with oil on top. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes, flip them, spray more oil, and bake for another 5-6 minutes until toasted.
05 - Remove the cooked ravioli promptly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and herbs. Serve warm with marinara or other dipping sauce.

01 - Work in batches to avoid crowding or stacking the ravioli in the air fryer basket.
