Rinse limes and cut into quarters. Optional: peel limes for less bitter taste.

Blend limes with cold water for 30 seconds until smooth. Don't over-blend or it will be bitter.

Strain liquid to remove pulp. Can strain twice for smoother texture.

Return juice to blender. Add condensed milk and 1 cup ice. Blend until smooth.

Fill glasses with remaining ice, pour lemonade over top.
