Texas Toast Pizza Air Fryer (Print Version)

Texas toast, mozzarella, and mini pepperoni baked crisp in minutes using the air fryer.

# Ingredients:

→ Pizza Base

01 - 8 slices Texas toast garlic bread
02 - 120 milliliters pizza sauce

→ Toppings Galore

03 - 200 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 80 mini pepperoni slices

# Instructions:

01 - Arrange half of the Texas toast garlic bread slices in a single layer within the air fryer basket. Line with parchment paper if desired to aid cleanup.
02 - Air fry at 182°C for 3 minutes until the bread is just golden and lightly crisped, avoiding over-toasting.
03 - Spread 1–2 spoonfuls of pizza sauce evenly over each toasted slice, applying a moderate layer to avoid sogginess.
04 - Top each slice generously with shredded mozzarella cheese and approximately 10 mini pepperoni slices per toast, ensuring even distribution.
05 - Reduce air fryer temperature to 149°C and cook for 3 minutes to melt the cheese thoroughly, preventing over-browning.
06 - Increase air fryer temperature to 204°C and cook for an additional 2 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Monitor closely to prevent excessive browning.
07 - Remove completed pizzas and repeat the entire process with the remaining Texas toast slices. Serve the pizzas immediately while hot and cheese is elastic.
