01 - 450 g breakfast sausage
02 - 900 g frozen potato puffs
03 - 170 g cheddar cheese, shredded
04 - 60 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
05 - 6 large eggs
06 - 120 ml milk
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
10 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
11 - 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

12 - 30 g green onions, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add breakfast sausage and cook, breaking it into crumbles, until thoroughly browned. Drain excess fat.
02 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Lightly grease a 23 x 33 cm baking dish. Arrange frozen potato puffs in an even layer over the base.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes until smooth and fully combined.
04 - Scatter cooked sausage over potato puffs. Pour egg mixture evenly across the dish. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella, distributing cheeses uniformly.
05 - Transfer baking dish to oven. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until eggs are firm and cheese is golden brown. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
06 - Remove dish from the oven and let stand for several minutes. Sprinkle chopped green onions over the top before serving, if desired.
