Heat oven to 350-375°F. Spray 12-cup muffin tin liberally with olive oil.

Place 5 tater tots in each muffin cup. Bake 10 minutes, then press centers with shot glass to form cups.

Fill cups with cheese and bacon. Return to oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts and bacon crisps.

Let cool briefly on rack, then gently remove cups to lined baking sheet.

Drizzle with Greek yogurt and sprinkle with green onions. Serve warm.
