Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 eggs.
02 - 1 pound breakfast sausage.
03 - 1 1/2 cups heavy cream or milk.
04 - 24 oz frozen tater tots.
05 - 2 cups cheddar cheese.
06 - 1 1/2 teaspoons salt.
07 - 1 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 9x13 pan.
02 - Brown and crumble sausage, drain excess grease.
03 - Whisk together eggs, cream, and seasonings.
04 - Layer tater tots, then sausage and cheese. Pour egg mixture over top.
05 - Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes, then uncover 15-20 minutes more.

01 - Can be made ahead.
02 - Heavy cream preferred over milk.
03 - Check at 40-45 minutes for doneness.
