Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer across the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Do not thaw them first.

Scatter the cooked sausage evenly over the tater tots, then sprinkle 1 cup of the shredded cheddar on top.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
