Cook butter in saucepan over medium heat 5-10 minutes until golden brown and nutty smelling. Let cool 5-10 minutes.

Combine cooled butter and brown sugar in large bowl. Add mashed bananas, extracts, milk, and egg.

Gently fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Don't overmix.

Stir in most sprinkles, save some for topping. Pour into greased 9x5 loaf pan and top with remaining sprinkles.

Bake at 350°F for 60-70 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool in pan 30 minutes before slicing.
